The Mix
Get Connected is a free and confidential UK wide helpline for young people under 25 who need help and don’t know where to turn.
Helpline Volunteers don’t give any advice or counselling themselves, however they will give emotional support and information about specialist organisations that might be able to help them further. Free telephone connections to other organisations can be made when appropriate.
The service operates over four channels: telephone, email, webchat and SMS, along with an interactive online database, Webhelp 24/7, which is available on our website www.getconnected.org.uk.
