Embrace - Child Victims of Crime

Embrace CVOC is a national charity (no. 1043101) for child victims of crime, providing a range of practical and emotional support for young victims up to the age of 18.

We work with police officers to offer practical and emotional support, Embrace CVOC helps those children and young people who have suffered as a result of life-changing crime.

Practical support - this includes our flagship programme of family holidays, intended to create new happy memories, build self-confidence and provide a network of support for children and their families who have been affected by serious crime. We can also provide days out for families and carers, gift vouchers to allow families to purchase clothing, toys or the replacement of stolen or destroyed belongings for child victims.

Emotional support - we now work with a database of qualified counsellors across the UK to offer specialist counselling services to children and young people who have been seriously affected by crime.

Our single focus is on supporting more young victims of crime in ways that are most suited to them as individuals.
