Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM)
CALM provides a helpline and online webchat service. Both are specifically designed for men and are staffed by trained and skilled helpline workers who provide support, information and signposting.
What we do...
We signpost to national agencies and local agencies in Merseyside and the service is caller led, confidential and anonymous.
You can also access the same service via webchat on our website. Both options are open 7 nights a week, 5pm ‘til midnight. The numbers free from landlines and most mobiles, won’t show on your phone bill and it’s confidential & anonymous, meaning you can get stuff off your chest when you want to, privately.
Whatever’s stressing you out or causing you to feel low, CALM can help you figure it out.
